Multifab Manufacturing takes full responsibility for both tooling and manufacturing — giving customers one point of ownership for the entire process and helping increase quality while reducing variables and schedule risk.

By being responsible for the tooling, we stay in control of the complete manufacturing process. That means tighter alignment between part design, tooling design, and production methods — and fewer surprises once parts are in regular production.

Complex Tooling Made Easy

We build our tooling in-house, with the engineering background needed to ensure that even the most complex tools are designed to enhance manufacturability. From standard vacuum form tools, to multiple-slide, temperature-controlled, and textured pressure forming tools, Multifab can handle short lead times and multiple tooling projects with ease.

Our educated, experienced machinists create tooling so that parts come off the mold as complete as possible, minimizing trimming and secondary operations. Temperature-controlled tooling keeps the mold stable over the course of the run, making the last part exactly the same as the first.
