Thermoforming Equipment — Forming Department

Multifab Manufacturing’s forming department combines rotary and single-station pressure and vacuum formers in a range of bed sizes and platen strokes. This lineup supports everything from smaller parts to very large, heavy-gauge panels with tightly controlled results.

Capacity for Complex and Large Parts

This mix of MAAC, Brown, CAM and Comet platforms allows Multifab to match the right machine to the right part size, geometry, and material thickness. Large beds and generous platen stroke accommodate deep draws and tall features, while rotary formers support efficient higher-volume runs without compromising process control.

When combined with Multifab’s CNC router department and in-house tooling, the forming department provides an integrated path from sheet stock to fully trimmed, production-ready parts.
